Internal Medicine
The internal medicine team is led by Innovative Primary Care founder Sandra Levitt MD. She is joined by Darlene McMillon NP-C, Jenna Ford NP-C, Donald Mason PA-C and Kay Southwell, NP-C. This team of providers cares for patients ages 15 and up. Our focus is treatment of general medical problems, performing physical exams, problem solving, managing acute and chronic health issues, and promoting wellness.

Psychotherapy & Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis is a heightened state of awareness that enables people to alter the way they perceive and process reality, thus modifying their behavioral patterns. Hypnosis can be used for pain management, anxiety disorders, attaining ideal weight, as well as the treatment of alcoholism, nicotine, and drug addictions. Dr. Ilana Oren provides hypnosis and psychotherapy to IPC patients and others looking for additional help with these varied issues. She has worked in the field of mental health since 1977, providing counseling services to individuals, couples and groups and is internationally recognized for her expertise in hypnosis. Some insurance plans are accepted. Cost is $150.00 per 55 minute session (sliding scale available). Dr. Oren is available for appointments Tuesday-Thursday of each week.
Cold Laser
Now offering COLD LASER to help treat aches, sprains, tendinitis, bursitis, low back pain, plantar fasciitis and fungal nails. Acupuncture
Acupuncture has been used successfully for thousands of years all over the world. Jin Shin Jyutsu
Jin Shin Jyutsu (JSJ) is an alternative therapy that helps to release blockages in your energy pathways, as well as restore balance and well-being. These therapies work hand in hand with conventional medicine to decrease stress, provide pain management and restore health. A highly-refined, hands-on procedure similar to acupressure, JSJ helps reawaken the body’s own natural ability to restore health. These points, when held in certain sequences called “flows,” can bring deep relaxation and relief from pain and stress. The practitioner can also teach patients self-help routines that can be done at home. Debbie Elman has been a JSJ practitioner for more than 30 years, beginning her studies in this dynamic healing art in 1980 with world renowned JSJ founder and teacher Mary Burmeister. Debbie is available for appointments on Tuesdays each week.
